    1. After our opening activity, we will move to Nearpod 
    2. Within Nearpod, we will have short assessments and breaks for discussion.

    1. Socratic Seminar- Time to circle it up. 
      1. Questions to guide us
        1. What would life be like if stress did not exist.  (If nobody is stressed about class, would anyone care to show up?)
        2. Think about a time when you were little. How did you experience and express stress differently. In what ways have you improved (or not) in dealing with stress over time?
        3. Why do jobs cause stress?
        4. Discuss what other common sources of stress are besides work.
        5. What are some “physical” symptoms students have experienced with stress? Discuss the possibility of somatoform disorders due to stress. 
        6. What are some ways to reduce such effect so stress don’t become chronic?
